These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the motorcycle rental service provided by our company. By using our rental service, you agree to these terms.
Article 2 – Eligibility
Rental motorcycles may only be used by persons 16 years or older who hold a valid driver’s license in Japan. Minors require parental consent. Rentals are not allowed under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Article 3 – Reservations
All rentals must be reserved in advance using the method specified by our company. Reservations must include the bike model, rental date and time, return location, and rental duration. Reservations may not be accepted depending on vehicle availability.
Article 4 – Rental Agreement
The rental contract is established when the customer presents a valid ID and driver’s license at our store and receives the motorcycle.
Article 5 – Rental Fees
Rental fees consist of the base rate, insurance/waiver fees, and optional charges. Fees are as listed on our website or rate table. Payment is usually by credit card or bank transfer.
Article 6 – Cancellations
Cancellations for personal reasons may incur a cancellation fee as determined by our company. Weather or other unavoidable circumstances will be handled according to our policies.
Article 7 – Use of the Motorcycle
Customers must use and store the rental motorcycle with due care. The following are prohibited:
- Subleasing or lending to third parties
- Driving by anyone other than the contracted renter
- Racing, circuit use, or off-road riding
- Unauthorized modifications or disassembly
- Taking the motorcycle outside Japan
- Any illegal activity
Article 8 – Accidents & Breakdowns
In the event of an accident, breakdown, or theft, stop using the motorcycle immediately and report to the police and our company. Customers are responsible for repair costs and business loss if the accident or damage is due to their own negligence.
Article 9 – Insurance & Liability Waiver
We provide liability insurance for bodily injury and property damage. Any damage exceeding the waiver or insurance limits must be paid by the customer. Damage not covered by insurance is also the customer’s responsibility.
Article 10 – Return
Motorcycles must be returned at the agreed time and location. Late returns may incur additional fees or penalties. Bikes must be returned in the same condition as rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
Article 11 – Illegal Parking
Customers are responsible for any fines, towing, or storage fees caused by illegal parking.
Article 12 – Contract Termination
We may terminate the rental agreement without prior notice if the customer violates these terms, drives unsafely, or provides false information.
Article 13 – Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any damages incurred while using the rental motorcycle, except in cases of our intentional or gross negligence.
Article 14 – Force Majeure
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, accidents, legal changes, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Article 15 – Amendments
We may change these terms when necessary. Updated terms take effect upon publication on our website.
Article 16 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Japanese law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where our company is located.
