When can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made from 3 days up to 2 months in advance of your planned rental date.
If you wish to book one or two days in advance, please contact us directly via WhatsApp.
During peak seasons (spring, summer, and Japanese holidays), we recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.

Can I change my rental or tour date?
Yes, date changes for personal reasons are free of charge if requested at least 3 days before the scheduled rental. You may make up to two changes within two months of your originally booked date.
As an exception, if bad weather is forecast, please contact us by 5:00 PM the day before your scheduled rental, and we will happily reschedule to another date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made for personal reasons after the reservation is confirmed will incur the following fees:
- More than 7 days before the scheduled departure: 20% of the total fee retained (80% refundable)
- Within 7 days of the scheduled departure: 50% of the total fee retained (50% refundable)
- Within 2 days of the scheduled departure: 100% of the total fee retained (non-refundable)
Please note that rescheduling is possible without any fees if arranged in advance. We highly recommend this option if your plans change.

When is payment required?
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Except in exceptional circumstances, payment on the day of rental is not accepted.

What payment methods are accepted?
Our primary payment method is credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX).
Bank transfers are also possible; however, any transfer fees must be borne by the customer.

Is early morning pickup available?
Delivery & Early Pickup Options
- Delivery service: You can choose any pickup time for free.
- On-site rentals: Early morning pickups are available for an additional fee:
- 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM: +¥2,000
- 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM or previous day 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: +¥3,000

Is it possible to return the motorcycle outside of the scheduled hours?
Yes, late returns can be arranged without additional fees if requested in advance, even on the day of your rental.
In this case, returns are handled as self-return (no staff present; we will contact you later if necessary).
Please note: Returning without prior notice may incur additional charges.

Are hourly rentals available?
We currently offer two rental plans: a 1-day plan and a 4-hour plan.
(Note: The Premium Class is available only as a 1-day rental.)

Can I rent a motorcycle for consecutive days?
Yes, multi-day rentals are available. Discounts apply to the Standard Class and some other models:
- 2nd day: 10% off
- 3rd day: 15% off
- 4th day and beyond: 20% off
Example: Renting a Standard Class motorcycle for 4 days would cost ¥35,235:
- Day 1: ¥9,900
- Day 2: ¥9,000
- Day 3: ¥8,415

Is parking available?
You are welcome to park bicycles or your own motorcycles on our premises; however, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft.
We also have a parking lot with space for approximately 4–5 vehicles, but it may be full at times. Please let us know in advance if you plan to use the parking lot.
If the parking lot is full, we can direct you to nearby coin-operated parking.

I’m a bit concerned about riding again after a long time.
If you’re not fully confident, we recommend our Standard Class, which features lightweight and easy-to-handle motorcycles.
If you’re unsure about manual gear shifting, automatic (AT) models are also available upon request.
We also offer complimentary protective gear, so please feel free to use it if needed.

What is the minimum age requirement?
You must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid license for the applicable motorcycle class to rent a bike.
For customers under 20, a parental consent form is required.
For safety reasons, we strongly recommend choosing our Guided Tour Plan.

Can I join a guided tour with my own motorcycle?
Yes, this is possible. However, we kindly ask that motorcycles with illegal modifications or those that may have mechanical issues during the ride are not used.

Can foreigners rent a motorcycle in Japan?
Yes.
You can ride in Japan if you hold a valid license.
License Requirements
To ride in Japan, you must have: A valid International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under the Geneva Convention, or A foreign driver’s license that is officially accepted in Japan
For safety, we strongly recommend guided tours for international visitors.
Please send us a photo of your license in advance.
We will confirm if it is valid for use in Japan.

Can I rent a helmet and protective gear?
Yes, we offer complimentary rental helmets, protective gear, and gloves for your use. Please feel free to use them during your ride.
However, availability and sizes are limited, so we may not always be able to meet your specific preferences. If you know your size in advance, we recommend letting us know ahead of time.

What should I bring on the day?
At a minimum, please bring the following:
・A valid driver’s license (appropriate for the motorcycle class)
・Your passport
・Appropriate riding attire
While not required, the following items are recommended for your comfort and convenience:
・Gloves
・Warm clothing
・Smartphone charging cable
(USB charging is available on the motorcycle, and a limited number of cables are available for free rental)
・A small bag or backpack that does not interfere with riding
・A towel (useful for wiping sweat)

What kind of clothing and gear is recommended?
While not mandatory, we highly recommend the following clothing and gear for your comfort and safety:
・Long sleeves and long pants
(Help protect against injuries in case of a fall and prevent sunburn)
・Gloves
(Essential for grip, warmth, and overall safety)
・Riding shoes or ankle-covering footwear
(Safer than regular sneakers)
・Neck warmer / inner layers
(Useful for temperature control in all seasons)
・Rain gear (jacket and pants)
(Essential in case of sudden weather changes; also helps with warmth)
・Warm clothing (fall/winter) / light jacket (spring/summer)

Is two-up riding (riding with a passenger) allowed?
If you are bringing a passenger, an additional charge of 50% of the base rental fee applies.
Switching riders during your ride is perfectly fine.
Helmets and other gear for your passenger are available to borrow at no extra charge.

Are fuel costs included in the rental fee?
Motorcycles are provided with a full tank of fuel, and we ask that you return the bike with a full tank.
If the tank is not full upon return, you may settle the fuel cost separately; however, this will include an additional handling fee, resulting in a higher total amount. As a rule, please return the motorcycle full.
Note: For delivery rentals and guided tours, fuel costs are included in the rental fee.

What activities are prohibited while riding?
The following actions are strictly prohibited. If any of these are identified, we may seek compensation for damages:
・Riding off-road, on rough terrain, or in areas where public road use is not permitted
・Dangerous riding behavior (e.g., reckless driving, excessive speed, wheelies, etc.)
・Violations of traffic laws and regulations (e.g., riding under the influence, aggressive driving, riding without a valid license)
・Operation of the motorcycle by anyone other than the registered renter
・Continuing to ride without reporting an accident, fall, or mechanical issue
・Modifying, disassembling, or removing parts from the motorcycle, or replacing any vehicle or equipment without our permission
・Use for competitions, races, track days, or circuit riding
・Carrying loads exceeding capacity or transporting hazardous materials

In addition to the prohibited activities outlined above, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your rental in the following situations:
・Leaving the motorcycle unattended for extended periods, or parking without proper locking,
・resulting in a risk of theft or loss
・Providing false information (such as license details, age, or purpose of use)
・Failure to follow instructions from our staff
・Any violation of our rental terms and conditions
・Continuing to ride under unsafe conditions, such as severe weather, icy roads, or natural disasters
・Any other situation where the rider appears to be in poor physical condition, injured, or otherwise deemed unsafe by our staff

Choosing the Right Motorcycle
Standard Class
Our most popular class, perfect for riders who are returning to motorcycling or may feel less confident. These lightweight, easy-to-handle 250cc motorcycles are ideal for riding 100–200 km in a day. They can be used on highways and expressways, allowing you to visit most major sightseeing spots with ease.
Advanced Class
This class includes motorcycles over 401cc, suitable for long-distance touring, highway-focused rides, and multi-day trips. The larger engine capacity provides more power and a comfortable ride, so some riders choose this class even for shorter journeys.
Premium Class
Designed for experienced riders seeking the ultimate experience, this class features motorcycles over 1000cc. Perfect for those who want top-level performance, power, and comfort.

Can I use ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) on the rental motorcycles? Are ETC cards available?
All motorcycles in the Standard, Advanced, and Premium classes are equipped with ETC devices, allowing you to use toll roads.
ETC cards are available for rent. Charges will be settled separately after your ride. If you know your planned route in advance, we can invoice you beforehand.
For guided tours, toll road fees are included in the tour price.

Are automatic (AT) motorcycles available?
Yes, we offer a limited number of automatic (AT) motorcycles. Please note that availability is limited.

What are the specifications of the rental motorcycles?
Most of our rental motorcycles are equipped with ABS to help prevent falls during sudden braking.
For rental purposes, some bikes may have aftermarket parts such as engine guards, clutch levers, or mirrors, which may differ slightly from the original factory components. We strive to keep the motorcycles as close to their original condition as possible, and no special modifications or tuning have been made.
Please note that, as the motorcycles are used by multiple riders, minor wear, scratches, or signs of use may be present.

What happens if I commit a traffic violation?
If any traffic violations occur, such as parking fines or speeding tickets, and a penalty notice is later sent to our company, we may be required to disclose your personal information to the police.
If you are involved in any violation, please report it to us immediately.

What should I do if the motorcycle is stolen?
Please contact our store immediately.
In the event of theft, the compensation amount will follow the deductible of your optional insurance.

What should I do if my motorcycle becomes inoperable?
If your motorcycle becomes inoperable due to a fall, breakdown, or accident within 150 km of our location, you can use the optional insurance road service:
Road Assistance Desk: 0120-365-110 (Japanese only)
For distances over 150 km, additional fees may apply, which will be your responsibility.
Please note: If you need to stop riding due to fatigue, illness, or alcohol consumption, we can retrieve the motorcycle, but the collection fee and any applicable service charges will be billed to you in addition to the delivery fee.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) / Liability Waiver

All of our rental motorcycles come with an optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), which reduces your financial responsibility in case of damage to the bike.
With CDW, you can ride with peace of mind, knowing that high repair costs or compensation claims will not be billed directly to you.
Please note: CDW does not cover personal injuries or third-party damages, which are covered separately by the motorcycle insurance.

Insurance Coverage in Case of an Accident
All rental motorcycles are covered by insurance, providing unlimited liability coverage for damage to other people or property. You can ride with confidence knowing that third-party damages are fully protected.
Please note, this insurance does not cover injuries to the rider, including hospitalization, permanent disability, or death. We strongly recommend that riders arrange personal accident or travel insurance if needed.
