1.(Route 134)

While not an official stop, we take the coastal Route 134 on the way to the first destination.

If you have time, it’s worth stopping by:

“Southern C” monument in Chigasaki
Roadside Station Chigasaki

After leaving the coast and heading inland, there will be a long non-stop section.
During guided tours, we take a break at a convenience store before entering Yabitsu Pass.

⚠️ Important: There are no convenience stores once you enter Yabitsu.

2.Nanohana-dai Observatory

Located along the climb up Yabitsu Pass, this is a great rest spot with a large parking area.

Since the summit tends to be crowded, this is the best place to relax.

Sometimes you’ll even find food trucks here.

On clear days, the view is excellent.
(The summit itself doesn’t offer much of a view, so this is the better option.)

Parking is free.

3.Yabitsu Summit

This is the iconic Yabitsu summit—no introduction needed.

The climb from the ocean side is called Omote-Yabitsu
From here toward Miyagase is Ura-Yabitsu

On weekends, many riders stop for photos, so be careful and take turns at the sign.

There is also an information center (open weekends only).
The cola sold in the vending machine here is famous—nicknamed “Yabitsu Cola.”

4.Ura-Yabitsu

The route from Yabitsu Summit to Miyagase is known as Ura-Yabitsu.

Can be closed in winter due to snow or ice
Features tighter, more technical corners

Ride safely!

The Miyagase side includes a section known as “Q-chan Road,” popular among street racers in the 1990s.

⚠️ Please do NOT ride aggressively here. (seriously!)

There aren’t many stops along the way, but you can find a natural spring water spot.
You can take some home as a souvenir—just make sure to boil it before drinking.

5.Miyagase Lakeside Park

A perfect place for lunch.

This spacious park area features local restaurants and is a must-visit spot.

You can:

Enjoy sightseeing
Try local street food

Motorcycle parking costs about ¥100.

6.Toriihara Fureai Center

Located close to the previous spot.

Free motorcycle parking
A popular rest stop for riders

7.Ogino Pan Factory Shop

This is one of the must-visit locations!

A very popular bakery that attracts many visitors.

Since it’s on the way back, it’s a classic stop.

They supply bread for school lunches, and their factory shop is open to the public.

Popular items:

Fried bread (Agé-pan) – nostalgic favorite
Tanzawa Anpan – local specialty

Great for souvenirs!

8. Miyagase Dam

(写真:愛川町観光協会より)

The largest dam in the Tokyo metropolitan area—truly impressive.

Earlier this year, due to drought, remains of the old Miyagase village (roads, guardrails, etc.) reappeared for the first time in about 40 years, becoming a hot topic.

※ As of March 21, 2026, access was restricted, so photos could not be taken.

9.(Retro Vending Machine Corner)

This is optional because it’s slightly off-route from Miyagase Dam.

If you have extra time, it’s definitely worth visiting!

Many of these retro vending machines are still operational.
You’ll find rare machines and nostalgic drinks that are hard to see nowadays.

Even just looking is fun—but definitely try 1–2 items!

10. (Zama Sunflower Field)

Seasonal (summer only), but you can stop here on the way back.

A beautiful field of sunflowers—perfect for photos.

Newly Opened (March 2026)
